In November 2011, Innovative Insurance Advisors, another company established by David Cobb, created the Marge Palmerlee Outstanding Community Service Award and presented the award to Marge Palmerlee during Celebrate Dégagé held at the Frederick Meijer Gardens in November of 2011 and again in November 2012 to recipient Judy Moelker. In 2011 & 2012, David Cobb has participated as a Diamond Sponsor for the Gilda’s Club (Grand Rapids) Annual CLUB RED Golf Outing. Along with having served as a member of the Gilda’s Club Board of Directors, David has served on the Board for one of the Gilda’s Club’s sister organizations, “Living With Communities.”
David & Anne have actively participated in David’s House Ministries since 1995. Throughout the years, David Cobb has served many hours developing and coordinating a number of fundraising events. In 2015, David joined as a board member and serves as the Treasurer.
David Cobb actively participates with the Kent County Sheriff’s Department in Grand Rapids, MI. In May of 2008, David was deputized as a Special Deputy and became a member of the Traffic Squad Enforcement Unit.

JA's programs - in the core content areas of work readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy - ignite the spark in young people to experience and realize the opportunities and realities of work and life in the 21st century.
David Cobb is an in-class volunteer for JA. He shares his personal and professional experiences and skills with students from the Grand Rapids Community to help them make connections between what they learn in school and what they will need to succeed in work and life.
